Joe has really been on the ball lately. He has just released another album by the name of Signature. His latest single out from this album is called:

Micheals background Singer --Judith Hill

What word best describes Judith Hill’s music? Innovation. She pushes the envelope with a melting pot of so many styles, and yet achieves her own signature sound that is consistent from track to track. With a charcoal, soulful voice and amazing range and versatility, she paints a vivid picture of her life. Her palette of colors and unique tones are so extensive, you may discover something new during every listen. In her vocal you may hear the rawness of Janis Joplin, the tenderness of Corine Bailey Rae, or the powerful conviction of Aretha Franklin. Her production is a blend of R&B/hip hop beats fused with a Led Zeppelin rock edge and peppered with impressionistic harmonies. But what is more amazing is that none of these elements are thrown together randomly. They are all integral parts of her story.

Distilling his beliefs into 44 profound yet accessible chapters, Gardner offers practical advice for tackling life’s problems and seizing its opportunities, all with his trademark humor and “tell it like it is” attitude. He begins by encouraging readers to “Find Your Button,” what they love to do, what excites them, and advises that without this passion they are doomed for unfulfillment. Now is the time for dreaming big, transferring your skills and using your experience – which no pink slip can take away from you. But, Gardner cautions, net worth does not equal self worth so “Find Out Your ‘Why’” and don’t pursue anything for the money alone.

Other core principles include “Baby Steps Count Too, As Long As You Go Forward,” “No Test, No Testimony,” “The Law of Hard Work Is No Secret,” “Learn the Ropes First, Then Conquer Rome” and “Don’t Postpone Joy.” Whether facing a layoff, struggling with fallout from the past, considering a career change or looking for true fulfillment outside of the office, readers of Start Where You Are will be empowered with the tools they need to follow Chris Gardner’s inspiring, encouraging lead and undertake their own personal pursuit of happyness. Upbeat and uplifting, the book puts forth a clear-cut plan anyone can use to transform vague hopes into concrete realities.

BLACK MUSIC MONTH

A Proclamation by the President of the United States of America

America's diverse musical heritage exemplifies the creativity and optimism of our Nation. During Black Music Month, we celebrate the extraordinary talents and creativity of African-American singers, musicians, and composers whose achievements have enriched our culture and enhanced our lives.

For generations, African-American artists have created music that communicates across racial boundaries and expresses both joy and sorrow. When facing the cruelty of slavery and injustice, African Americans lifted spirituals to the heavens, bringing comfort to troubled souls. These timeless declarations of hope and faith evolved into the more modern genres of gospel, blues, ragtime, and jazz, and they are given voice in the musical genius of Scott Joplin, Marian Anderson, Eubie Blake, and Mahalia Jackson. During the Civil Rights era, African-American musicians such as Duke Ellington, Muddy Waters, and Ruth Brown conveyed the struggles of their communities while bringing people of all backgrounds together. Today, this music continues to inspire America's citizens and advance its creative spirit.

MICHEAL VICK TO BE RELEASED THIS WEEK !!!!!

Ok seriously, I really don't want to repeat this story all over again. So my question, to everyone out there is: Should he be released and do you think the NFL will bring him back? Let me know what you think!

GREEK LIFE IS NOT ABOUT BUYING FREAKIN' FRIENDS PEOPLE !!!!

Sigmas step, Zetas Step, Betas Step, Gammas Step ( For those of y'all who know me, you know I had to remix that ! LOL ) Gangstas walk, pimps gonna talk as Kanye sings this hook on his college drop out album my next blog came into creation.

So, my question to you all out there is: Do people even know the symbolism of Greek life? For instance, people who aren't Greek always have the worst impression of what sororities and fraternities stand for. I mean really, these prestigious organization's do have meaning to them. To many people, some think that these organizations are all about getting laid, partying and oh! Here's the best one, that they are just a legalized national gang!!! Can you believe that !!

In conclusion, to be a proud member of any of these greek organizations out there it means alot to the greek members. The reason being that, many of these members are continuing a belief that was started by their founders because; they also believe in making that change through that brotherhood and sisterhood of their choice, by reaching out to their their communities

Grammy-winning Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am says that without the love and support of his single mother, he may have fallen into the negative influences of the housing project they lived in—which is why he wants to make these teens' futures even brighter.

The boys will be the first recipients of will.i.am's i am scholarship—which will cover tuition, books and fees for four years. "The only thing you have to worry about is succeeding and showing the world that the youth is the future of America and the world," he says. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S BUTTA!!!!

Alright people!!! Extra Extra read all about it ! I would like to update you on the latest underground buzz and my new buzz of the night is this new rapper coming out of Wyandach, Long Island named Butta Billionz.

Ok , Ok , I know what y'all thinking, not another rapper? My thoughts exactly, until I heard this 16 year old open his mouth with some gudda lyrics. This 16 year old by the name of Jashawn Berry , not only does he have his priorities right, but he is also going about it in the most significant way; which is getting his education to show that not every rapper drops out of school.

To prove his point, MTV MADE came out to Wyandanch to check him out and see what the buzz is was all about! To conclude, you all always know I have links for y'all.. (On a side note, make sure to check him out on MTV). So here it is, Budda Billionz y'all!!!!

DOWNLOW FASHION

You know sometimes many celebrities don't always use high profile name brand apparels to rock.Perfect example, there are many rappers that do rock unknown designer apparels. Two rappers that I know of, since I already have the 411 is: Rick Ross and Lil Flip. Not only are they well know rappers, but these artist also rock AE Fitted hats made by a new and up coming designer by the name of Felix Adu. If you notice most of these rappers attire always includes a fitted of their name , favorite team and/or the name of the squad that they roll with.

In other words, to not get into this side of business would be crazy, which is why Felix is taking that underground market by storm. What my point is, Male celebrities are always on the prawl for a new fitteds that they can rock with on a daily basis. Because, when you really think about it, in most male minds a hat can always complete an outfit.

So fellas, for those of you who are into hats and want to keep that sexy swag. I have a direct link that y'all can check out to see what the new fitted of the day will be !

THE NEW OLD SCHOOL

No matter what year you are in or how old you are, certain trends will never go away! Except, to come back around and give you nightmares. Which brings me to the question, Why are high-tops and Cassie 's new hairstyle which i still can't even find a name for coming back ? I mean really, in a since I can't knock people down for having their own since of creativity for style, but come on!

For instance, I went to a ghetto metal showcase as stated in one of my previous blogs and for some reason that evening I thought that i didn't get the memo , because every girl that night sported Cassie's hairdo ( which while I'm writing this still can't think of the name of this darn haircut! lol)

I guess what i am trying to say is , everyone has a way of expressing themselves, whether it's how they are dressed to even baking cakes, but seriously does every single person have to end up with the same style with no way of having their own identy? But anyway, here is a few photos for you to check and let me know what you think!

GHETTO METAL, THE NEW FAD?

Ghetto Metal is a new genre of music that is mixed with rock -n-roll and hip- hop and has been the latest underground buzz. Although, their are some folks out there who are not familiar with it, this genre of music has been creating alot of great raves. As I continued to listen to more of this new genre, I've begun to realize what the new hype is all about and surprisingly becoming a fan.
So last night, I decided to go to a Ghetto Metal showcase to actually see what the new buzz was all about . At about 11p.m. the show began, with host Steph lova introducing all the bands that were performing for people like the President of Atlantic/ Jive records, Esquire magazine and special guest celebrity MosDef. Continuing to feel the vibe of the audience and the atmosphere I've come to realization, people came to not only hear something different, but to help them feel free just for a couple of hours.
The participating bands were Game Rebellion, Bazaar Royalle, Mega Bone and Rasics. Although, I shouldn't enforce my opinion, the band that SHUT IT DOWNNNN was Game Rebellion. Their performance gave such an adrenaline and head boppin' rush that it made you look around and see if you were the only one looking crazy expressing your excitement. To further intrigue you, check them out for yourself!
